At Nurpu Handlooms, each product is ethically handwoven and crafted with care by our artisan community. Due to the nature of handloom textiles, slight variations in colour, weave, or texture are part of the product’s authenticity and are not considered defects.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- You received a damaged product
- You received a wrong product (different from what you ordered)
- The product has a manufacturing defect
📌 Returns are not accepted for reasons such as colour preference, texture feel, or minor weaving irregularities.
2. Return Request Timeline
- Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- Requests raised after this period will not be accepted.
To initiate a return, please email or WhatsApp us with:
- Order ID
- Clear photos/videos of the product
- Reason for return
3. Condition of Returned Products
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
- Any product showing signs of use will not be eligible for refund or replacement
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Products purchased during sale/discount offers
- Gift cards or vouchers
5. Refund Policy
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
- Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment only
💡 Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Replacement Policy
- Replacements will be issued subject to stock availability
- If the product is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead
7. Shipping for Returns
- In case of damaged or incorrect products, return shipping will be borne by Nurpu Handloom
- For any other approved return, shipping charges must be borne by the customer
8. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible
