At Nurpu, every handloom product is carefully checked before dispatch.

Returns are accepted only for:

• Damaged products

• Wrong products delivered

• Manufacturing defects

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

Products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original tags and packaging.

Due to the handcrafted nature of handloom products, minor variations in colour, texture, and weave are natural and are not considered defects.

Customized or used products are not eligible for return.
